Approximately 80% refund if under 20% complete. Approximately 50% at 50% completion. No refund after first draft delivery.
Contact within 14 days of delivery with specific written objections. We correct material errors within included revision rounds. If errors are demonstrably our fault and we cannot correct them satisfactorily, a partial refund is considered at our discretion.
