For most business use cases, consecutive interpretation is sufficient and preferred. For large events or simultaneous multi-party sessions, we advise on the appropriate approach at briefing.
Our interpreters are certified and have professional backgrounds in the relevant field. Business negotiations go to interpreters with commercial experience. Medical consultations go to interpreters with clinical training. Legal proceedings are matched with interpreters who understand the relevant legal system.
Good interpretation depends on good preparation. We ask for an agenda, key terminology, and any background materials before the session. This is not a formality; it is what allows the interpreter to perform at the level the situation requires.
Minimum booking is one hour. Sessions are priced per session with additional hourly rates for extended sessions confirmed at booking.
Yes, subject to all parties consenting to recording. We can provide a transcript or summary of interpreted sessions on request.
