Subtitles that miss timing or mistranslate spoken nuance undermine the entire video. Media translation is a technical and linguistic challenge simultaneously.
6 business days per video for standard subtitle projects.
We subtitle corporate training videos, product demonstrations, e-learning courses, documentary content, streaming series, and event recordings. We work with SRT, VTT, TTML, and platform-specific subtitle formats. For clients working with video at volume, we have built subtitle pipelines that allow consistent batch processing across series and course libraries.
Subtitling is different from transcription or closed captioning. A subtitle has a maximum character count per line and a timing constraint that must work with the speaker and the scene. Long sentences in the source language often need compression without loss of meaning. Our subtitlers are trained in this specifically.
We also produce dubbed scripts, voice-over scripts, and on-screen text translations for graphics, presentations, and interactive content. For clients producing multilingual video at scale, we can advise on the most efficient workflow from a single source master.
Standard delivery is subtitle files in your specified format. We can coordinate burned-in subtitles with a video editor if required; confirm at briefing.
No minimum per video, but project minimums apply. Short clips under 5 minutes are handled at the per-project minimum rate.
