Prices in EUR, exclusive of IVA (23%). Portuguese clients: IVA applied on invoice. EU clients with valid VAT number use intra-community reverse charge. Non-EU clients: no IVA charged. Payment processed by Stripe Payments Europe.
Essencial: 8 business days. Profissional: 6 business days. Empresarial: 5 business days priority. Express 48h available as add-on. Timelines from the later of payment or completed brief receipt. Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays.
All standard deliverables are produced by human translators and reviewed by a second linguist. MT post-editing is offered separately and labelled accordingly.
Ownership of all translated materials transfers to the Client upon full payment and delivery.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
